What we collect

When you use this site, we collect what you directly give us through our forms:

• Sourcing Brief form: name, company, email, category, quantity, and an optional reference image.
• Buyer's Guide download: email address only.
• Sourcing Assistant chat: category, quantity, budget, name, and contact details if you complete the guided flow.
• Call Request form: name, email, preferred time, and topic.
• Referral form: your name/email and the name/email of the person you're referring.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any third-party advertising scripts on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, match you with suppliers, prepare quotes, and manage your order if you proceed. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed via FormSubmit.co and delivered to our team by email. They may also be stored in our own records once a sourcing relationship begins.

Your rights

If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you,
• correct inaccurate data,
• delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal or contractual reasons.
